    I’ve been wanting to join a gym as well but have anxiety because I’m a bigger woman. Working out at home alone is somewhat emotionally draining for me as well. To salads I love adding Pepitas sunflower kernels, sometimes cashews and dried cranberries. I like the different textures. Keeps things interesting. Thanks for this video.

    I'm the same way with anxiety..I hate it. I go to the park 6 days a week with my dog walking and If alot of people at there I get so nervous. And when I go to the stores . And I'm like you love talking to my friends/family. But if it's out of my zone I'm lost and panic
