I've been on the low carb/keto for a month. I'm glad to have found a channel dedicated to keto.
I make my keto cesar dressing with Fage 0% Greek yogurt, a little lemon juice, garlic, evoo, (parm?) & anchovy paste… s&p to taste. Sometimes with an egg yolk & but there’s an extra step & it’s just easier to make without the yolk & tastes just as good to me.
Do you follow a regular cleaning routine?. I like to wipe down and brush my toilet every morning.

FYI The Jordan’s syrups and Torani all have expiry dates before opening and I think 6-12 months after opening . Try to use up what you have before buying more and check the dates .
