    Man you are doing great, I would recommend if you are trying to loose weight a bit faster and healthier, I know you said it's not about loosing weight quick for you, but their is a bit more healthier way to do fasting and loose much more weight by just eating healthier, and definitely making good food choices or at least buying clean foods, cutting out sugars can help, eating low carbs food can also make a huge difference , but I'm no pro just speaking from experience, anyways love your videos keep them up,
