    Genius about how to,do the peanut butter, I will do that. I get full fast, all day I eat small meals but at night at 8pm that’s my hungry time, so I try not to eat at that time of day. It’s my struggle

    Love that you talking about how if others see you eat one thing they think they have to eat the same things to lose weight (amount/bulk wise) it’s so true! I think it’s important for us to listen to our bodies. At 4:38 I think… you were speaking about how you personally can’t stomach having non starch veggies with breakfast. In your experience did you see that gendering your weight loss at all? I’m curious because I’ve tried the non starch veggies for breakfast and it’s so hard on me it actually makes me lose my appetite idk why it just does and I’m forcing myself to eat them and then just avoiding breakfast all together. Maybe I should give it a go without and just test my body to see how I do. Lovely video as always thank you for sharing your journey!!
