    RECIPE (4 servings, 10min prep time)
    -300g frozen peas
    Defrost them in a pot
    -a bunch of parsley
    -1 green chili or jalapeño
    -1 Tsp salt (or more)
    -3 Tbsp olive oil
    -juice of 1 lime
    Blend it or finely chop everything and mash by hand.
    Optional add ins:
    -1/2 onion
    -1 tomato

    Can confirm: this is great and easily smashed by hand. Works on bread and for pasta, too. You can play around with spices etc. to gusto.
    I don't really like avocado and I believe it is not the most resourceful vegetable, peas on the other hand are nutritious, cheap, easy to store and really under-appreciated 🙂

    I'm sorry, i cant resist the urge to say it. "Peaca" sounded a lot like pica which is one of the words for d*ck in Portuguese. So "peacamole" would translate to soft d*ck or something like this LMAO
