The restaurant food looked delicious 🇬🇧
I’m still quite new to intermittent fasting, so I’ve just been doing it every day. If I eat something late than I just wait 16 hours before I eat the next day. Are there benefits to having days where you aren’t doing a full 16:8?
Hi Jennifer!!! You probably already know but just watched Nikki's sad video. She is having a personal crisis and know you are her friend. Hope you can reach out to her and support her in a private way as her viewers seem to be doing!!! Thank you!❤
You're adorable with your non-fasting days being centred around family time. I love that 🙂
The last seven months I have been doing intermittent fasting but now we started Ramadan which I am more excited for the extra benefits . Thank you for sharing 🙏
Thank you for the recommendation of Nutsola! Their nut mixture looked so good in your videos that I decided to give it a try. Their story is wonderful and so are their nut mixtures.
Hello Jennifer. Great video again thank you. I like the intermittent fasting idea. I want to try it. I like your belt. (Whole wardrobe) but today specifically that belt. ❤
I'm giggling to myself about your "filming two days of eating" while your husband's away. So cute. You're so slender, but it doesn't look like you're starving yourself.
I love seeing what people eat on days they do not fast. How often do you take time off from fasting?
So funny we just watched that Carebears Movie too!!
Confused… why show us a non-fasting day that ended up being a fasting day??? This is two fasting days…
Jennifer, always love your videos ♥️♥️. It might be a fun idea to do a “bloopers” video so that we can see your nutty side. I know that sometimes you don’t think you’re funny…but we can see your humorous side in there!
I have decided I eat too much😂 1 slice of pizza 😮
1 piece of pizza – what self control 😮
Hello Jennifer. Thank you for your videos, I enjoy them all. I wondered whether you've done a video about time management? I will have watched of you have but I love an updated one if not. You seem very organised, I feel I am too but I wondered how you organise and plan your life, I know you use planners and I do but would you be able to go into more detail. I will leave that with you Jennifer, again, thank you. Sarah.
Love how calming your videos are ❤. I have a few questions; did you always have teatime even in the first year when you lost weight? Do you think that not eating at night may have been more effective IF rather than the same 8 hour eating window that starts late in the day and ends at night? I have a feeling that it does as I know a lot of people that skip breakfast but do not lose weight. Just wondering your thoughts on this.
Hi sweet Jennifer😊 I have come to the conclusion that what feels natural is always the best way to live. I have been IF for a few years now and during the course of a week my fasting window fluctuate all by itself. Nothing I need to track or try to manage. I get the feeling that your life is like that too 😊 all the best, Tone
I still feel like your dinner portion is quite small. I don’t know if I could ever do only one slice of pizza!
If comfortable, can you continue to track your weight and let us know if this change makes the scale fluctuate? I’m scared that breaking my “discipline” (I’m definitely not nearly as strict with my diet, but it still helped me lose weight) will slowly make the pounds creep back. As that’s what usually happens with me.
My weight also fluctuates with my season Of life and I’d like to control that a bit more as I’m definitely a “hot eater.” The last time I was this thin was after graduating college right before my wedding. I was going to the gym nearly daily. Now I lost most of the weight from fasting/dieting but I’m not sure if it was healthiest decision as it wasn’t necessarily planned, and definitely didn’t plan to lose this much (30-35 pounds). I didn’t experience the weakness and hair loss as I am now. 😢 I still want the weight to stay off though
Hi Jennifer! your videos really inspire me. I would love to learn about daily at home dressing and hair etiquette, and see a video on that!
Thank you Jennifer!
I've been curious about teas with probiotics because I always thought probiotics would die when heated. Anyone know?
Back in the 16/8 groove…open with nuts and fruit and coffee with cream, a small meal early afternoon and a bigger meal at dinner. 11 to 7 works for me. I feel so much better doing this way of life! Only black coffee or tea, water during fast.
Your food is making me hungry. Yum! I'm still trying to lose weight so I am, for the most part, on a strict fasting regimen. Whenever I don't fast I don't feel good. My sweet spot is a 19/5. I start eating at 1:00 and I stop at 6:00. I love rice pudding too, especially with sugar, raisins, a splash of milk, and a dash of cinnamon.
Wow every time you show a video, I realize my portions are too big. And I don’t eat enough vegetables. I know everyone’s needs are different, but there’s no doubt my portions are too big.
I was happy to see you eating pumpkin seeds! I recently looked for them on Amazon but they all came from China which concerns me due to their pollution. I finally found some organic and grown in Oregon sold by iHerb. I also appreciate that you use your stove and oven rather than a microwave!
As always was a pleasure to watch
You have mentioned a few times that last year was a real challenge. thought this video might be of interest. https://youtu.be/wHBJNd7J020
My favorite videos! I eat 2 meals, 12 noon to around 6:30 Monday through Friday. Weekends I usually just add in a breakfast.
I grew up in Australia, my mum makes the best rice pudding and her secret was powder milk, vanilla, long grain rice a dash of nutmeg. I fast on weekdays, easy for me I’m a chef so no time to eat much.
This was a wonderful watch, Jennifer ❤️ Everything looked so good. I love rice pudding & tapioca pudding too:) I have to try the cheese dessert from Trader Joe’s. Looked delicious. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful weekend 💕
The 1985 Carebears movie! You just unlocked a core memory. I loved the Carebears movie with the summer camp (I can't remember the name of it). Did your kids enjoy the movie? Your meals all look delicious, and now I want Hawaiian pizza, haha.
Try cooking your oatmeal with milk instead of water. More protein and better taste.
Thank you for sharing this quinoa chocolate date bar: looks delicious!
My library has your book on audiobook; I look forward to listening to it soon. Thanks for all the positive inspiration, Julie 🌷
Love all of your videos – food, fashion, home-making, cultural, etc. Have you read the book "The Tea Girl of Hummingbird Lane"? A really good read, and I learned so much about Pu'er tea, and the culture around it.
I just learned I should not fast every day so need to do a bit of change
When you have a day that you are not intermittent fasting, are you hungry the next day.
Great video! I have intermittent fasted for several years. My eating window is Noon – 8 pm, and I typically eat two meals (lunch and dinner) and a small snack before my window closes. I also take all my vitamins/supplements/electrolytes during my eating window. In the morning, when I am fasting, I have my black coffee and 40 oz of water during a morning workout. If I have non-fasting day, it is typically around celebrations, such as a brunch date with friends or a later dinner reservation.
Your what I eat in a day videos are wonderful! Would love a book of your menu plans for breakfast, lunch, tea, and dinner!
Thank you Jennifer!!! Love your food presentation and ideas. They help build an otherwise absent appetite and I find myself making good food that makes us all happy. 😍🥰
Always lovely nice tips ❤
Wow you look amazing❤,
thank you for sharing your tips and tricks,I am 50 years old and looking for healthy changes.
Food looks delicious and healthy .
Blessings.
You look gorgeous. I love your classic and elegant style. Looking forward to another video!! 😃
Do you know exactly today, some moslim countries, all over the world started their one month fasting? (Ramadan)
