    Have you ever shared the macros for a normal day of eating?
    With all due respect, it looks like you are not getting a lot of calories. If your weight loss is coming from undereating, that's not sustainable.
    Just curious.

    Congratulations! I’m down 35lbs myself! I used to really underestimate how effective a good diet could be! I also really underestimated how many calories I was taking in daily. It’s hard to overstate how much better you’ll feel with a proper diet!
