Love the little comedy bits you add into the video. Like when you said you brought your whole blender to your room or almost dripping your matcha drink. It’s hilarious but also shows how human you are! ❤❤❤

ashley. you have no idea how much you have impacted my life in a positive way. i was struggling so, so, so much in the past year in many ways. with food- it was to the point where i was so underweight my body began to stop functioning properly and my doctor was against me doing any physical activities. with social life and friends- i have always felt as i never truly belonged, especially being asian american in a mostly white environment. but coming across your channel, omg, you've inspired me in more ways than you can ever imagine. with food- i LOVE your "beasted" phrase and it's made me feel more encouraged with food and the idea that my FOOD should NOT be consuming ME. i love my food. it is good for me and nourishes me. i love your recipe ideas and how you also use it to connect to your korean background and family (btw if anyone reading this hasn't had the korean pancakes ashley made in the other video they are soooo good and my mom always makes them with either spam, spinach, shrimp, or even corn lol though i know many use kimchi. but anyways, asian cuisine food in general is amazing!!) for social life/friends- you are the big sister i never had. again speaking on my background, i've often felt misunderstood. i feel as if i encounter culture shocks pretty often when surrounded by my white friends, and i guess they might feel the same way about me sometimes? such, as, my friend called boba nasty 🙁 and in general, they just did not support my asian side as much i guess. like u don't have to like boba, but don't call it that and anyone who hasn't tried, give it a chance please! 🙂 but anyways, ashley, i love you and you are the aapi representation i never knew i needed and the big sister i never knew i needed. thank you. so. incredibly. much. i have no idea whether i'll ever meet you, but just know that you continue to inspire your viewers. and don't forget to give yourself breaks! giving us so much content can be very tiring, so make sure to prioritize yourself too! i love youuuu <3
