    Yes – Jamal is a HERO!!!! I love that you incorporate eating out and pre-packaged food in your Keto plan. I do not cook a lot from scratch; most of my meals have some form of a pre-prepared food item. TS!

    Here in NYC & NJ chipotle is also pick up only order on app… HORRIBLE IDEA I ordered a salad bowl got home & not one single piece of lettuce drove all the home then realized it …I’m sorry but who is ISAIH?BOOOOO COLTS & BOOOO PIRATES…. YAY NY GIANTS & YANKEES 😂

    I think it's so weird they're doing that at your Chipotle… ours has the OPTION to order online and pick it up, but you can also just go in and order right there. I'd be interested to know why they're not letting you guys do that!

    Our Chipotle allows us to go inside to order and to eat. Also, the chipotle website has a nutritional calculator that you can calculate your meal. I use this to calculate my meal and then add it into Carb Manager😊

    My husband is also on the diet. Due to high blood pressure it was advised to cut carbs and lower sodium. Its a very expensive diet for making meals but its better than being over weight. I have made 2 huge blinders of low carb/keto recipes from online food bloggers. Turkey,fish,chicken is my meats of choice.

    I am not exactly on keto but more low carb. Always seeking ideas for groceries,recipes,etc. What do you think a good amount of carbs should be for a person not a huge over weight but just trying to eat better. I have lost over 2o pounds since October. I am now at 134 but my goal is 9 more pounds. Its tough diet but its necessary. My kids are teens and are not on the diet but do eat the low carb meals.

    First of all thank Jamall for his service! Does Isaiah live with you full-time? Before you lost your weight when you first started out on keto did you do a stricter keto then you’re doing now? My Chipotle, you order on line and pick it up. Their Cauliflower cilantro lime rice is really good. The black cherry perfect keto is another good flavor of electrolytes. I had the watermelon and the black cherry and I like them both just wished they stirred up better.

    Hi Khem!!! I think you are AWESOME!!!! I’ve been watching you for about a year and a half and you have kept me on track!!!❤️ I love watching what you eat and your workouts and your awesome family!!! When I’m at Sam’s… I look for your Sam’s haul videos just to make sure I get everything right! Over the summer I walked every day and lost about 30lbs! I am no longer Diabetic!! Yay!! However, I began working as a Pre K teacher assistant – so I walk EVERY DAY! (11,000 steps or more!) But I’m not feeling as if I am working out! I still watch what I eat and drink only water but I’m still not satisfied. Since I am in Spring Break now, I started walking (since Friday) and exercising every day and already lost 8 lbs! 😊 So if you have any suggestions on how to keep up some kind of workout while working every day for 8 hours and then coming home to three adult kiddos. (22,20 & 17) All still at home.😊 College Graduate (May) and Senior in HS… and the middle child third year in College! Oh!!! And a husband!😀 plus housework, bills, etc…. if you can give me advice – I would appreciate it SO MUCH!!! Keep up the great work and awesome advice! Wish I could personally meet you!!! But I’m in Texas! 😊 Thanks!!!🥰❤️🥰❤️
