Another excellent what Debi ate in a day with lots of ๐Ÿ˜‹ food. How do you promote your channel? because I find promoting it on social media doesn't work despite websites and other YouTubers suggesting that. Love ๐Ÿฅฐ the video and love โค Debi.

Thank you! Everything looks so good. I have to limit my protein intake to 15% max of my daily calories but I will use a lot of your hints in this video. I thought tempeh was bitter, too. Then I learned to steam and season it and watch out! It's addictive!

Where did you get your cutting board and steamer?

I, like your husband didn't like tempeh, but your suggestion of steaming them could change my mind. You explain your recipes so well and they are so easy!!! I appreciate your efforts to spread health and avoid muscle loss – I'm 75 and need the weight training & Protein!!!

At Earthchimp…Maybe I missed you saying what the source of protein?? Is is Pea?
I haven't found a vegan protein shake mix that I like. I have been using soy protein in my shakes.
Will give Earthchimp a chance since you have code for discount. Thanks Debi.

At earthchimps โค๏ธ these are my favorite videos, I always learn so much. And I have a tip for too , put a wooden takeout chopstick in your microwave oatmeal while itโ€™s cooking, it breaks the surface tension and keeps it from boiling over, and a deeper bowl too
