    I love eating this way because I need big meals to feel satisfied and full. I am not the type of girl who can eat 1 piece of pizza or a few bites of cake 🤣 eating foods that are low in calorie density has helped me lose 70lbs and keep it off for 8 years. I eat lots of fruit, veggies, potatoes, rice, beans, pasta, sushi, etc! I hope these videos are helpful but realize this is just one day in my life so do not try to imitate them 💕 some days I eat more or less depending on how I’m feeling. Also I know everyone will want the chocolate 🍫 sauce recipe so here it is 👇🏼
    1 tbsp cocoa powder
    2 tbsp maple syrup
    1 tbsp soy milk
    A dash of vanilla
    A tiny pinch of salt
    Mix together in a small cup or double the batch. It thickens when it cools. Use as a fruit dip 👌🏼
