Omad generally means 1-2 hour eating window, I find it helpful to eat 2 seperate meals on seperate plates at once to help me feel satiated because I already ate a “double meal”

Do your thing man! I literally have no clue how I came across your videos, but I watch them everytime they come up lol. I need to be eating like 20x a day, coming up on 30 and still have the metabolism of a teenager 🤣

Obviously the commenter isn't familiar with the concepts of Intermittent Fasting or Time Restricted Eating. You're more patient than many. Hopefully he'll actually benefit from the information.

Hey Ryan, love these videos man. I made some serious diet changes back in late January that included Keto at first but quickly got into IF after watching a bunch of your videos. As of Saturday, I have lost 19 pounds and it just keeps coming off. Glad to know there’s others out there along the journey of being healthier and feeling better!

Ignore them, on every health video that's at least one person writing like they know the best. I think people are just hating your way, because you are enjoying it. Some people expect everyone to go through some David Goggins method to lose weight.

well done posting so regularly. I think those of us who also eat in a similar way understand. There are always people who will be contrary, they are here to help us hone our skills even if it might not feel that way. Your doing a great job sharing your practice with us.

If people are leaving hateful and annoying comments, it means you are doing something right haha! I love your channel and I like to see what food to eat because it motivates me to do OMAD.

Notice his name in that crap post?! That says everything. He needs to look up what fasting means. Your choices are good with me and I intermittent fast too.

I've been doing OMAD like a good 90% of the time since August and lost about 37 pounds in 4 months. Then I gained about 8 pounds back because of the lack of exercise and a bunch of other things I've been dealing with. Now after a few weeks I'm almost back down to my lowest weight of 213 and seeing your videos definitely makes it motivating to see other people eating like I am!

I feel like there's definitely been times you eat foods within a span of more than an hour, but whatever, it's still intermittent fasting and your window is about the same period as you would wait between meals so it might as well be OMAD. Whatever works!

Please don’t worry, if they don’t understand don’t try to force them to understand. They just can’t comprehend the idea of sustainability and long term goal of healthier eating lifestyle.
