    I use Heather’s Tummy Fiber (acacia senegal). It works well for both diarrhea and constipation. I use for constipation, about a tablespoon a day. Whatever fiber supplement you use, start slowly with a small dose and work up to give your body a chance to adjust

    I'm here for you, friend. You know where to find me. ♥ Holy smokes does that Asian chicken salad ever look AWESOME. I am trying to like avocados….like really making a valiant effort. They are so good for you and it seems like everyone really likes them except me. I feel you on the ease of a salad. I really enjoy eating one daily and changing up the protein. I think continuing to finish your Whole30 is the right move….so what if you slipped up during a day of high stress, right?….it could have been SO much worse, but you made it through without turning to more food/drink for comfort so I'm super proud of you for just staying the course and finishing it out because I think you will feel so good about it.

    I hope you’re ok! You should be proud that you didn’t run to chocolate for comfort! We are all on whole 30 for different reasons so big deal, I chew gum when I did it for 15 days in October. Don’t sweat the small stuff or the naysayers. You should try the hungry girl drink. It is has Metamucil which is pysilium husks. I looked tasty and low points!
    11 points for that Lara bar, wow!!! You weren’t harsh, you’re honest! I can only stick to whole 30 for 2 days! I thought I had some willpower but I need to try to prep like you do. I don’t eat much during the day and then I blow it after dinner. I’m going to use my yonana in the evening as a snack because I don’t by the stuff that you shouldn’t make pretend food.

    You do such a wonderful job of posting your meals and recipe links😊. Sometimes all it takes is throwing just one extra thing into your day to make it overwhelming. Sending hugs and prayers that the stress in your life will ease up. Don’t be so hard on yourself, life happens and a little comfort from a Diet Coke or coffee is a little thing. I appreciate your hard work and dedication.💕
