    If they don’t have an freezer section in the room fridge you can ask the front desk to store your ice packs in their freezer, they were happy to help.
    If they can’t allow you to use their freezers you can fill your food bags with ice from the ice machine the day you leave.

    I have a question…so I'm coming from the SAD diet and I never feel full no matter what I eat unless I eat a big meal just as an example from McDonald's 10 piece nugget fries mcdouble. I'm trying wfpb to be healthier of course…I make oatmeal for breakfast every am oats,chia,blueberries, strawberries, walnuts and I notice again I'm not full. Does it take time for those receptors in your stomach to work LOL?
