    The chicken stew looks great. I struggle a lot with eating out. I even look at the menu online before I go and pick out a healthy choice and then when I get there about 80% of the time I choose something totally different and not as healthy!! I have even declined invitations because I knew I wouldn't make the healthy choice and didn't want to go off plan. Sad to think my life revolves around food choices.😟

    I struggle with eating out too! I go with intentions of making a good decision, and then 9 times out of 10 I make a bad choice. Grrrr 😡 But last Friday I did order a grilled chicken salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing. And although it had cheese, croutons and bacon on it, I still feel like the mixed greens with carrots and tomatoes and boiled egg balanced it all out. I didn’t feel deprived with my choice when I was done either. That was my 1 out of 10 good choice though! Let’s keep trying Jess! Great video as always 😊
