My boyfriend is from Sweden and although I love Swedish food, it's a bit bland compared to what I grew up eating in the American South. But by far my favorite Swedish recipe is Fläskpannakake. It's a traditional Swedish pancake that has bacon cooked into it with lingonberry jam in the center. It's great for a light breakfast.

I'm catching up on all your videos after three weeks of holidays and yep, I am still completely in love with your content.
For polish food you should probably check out pierogi but bigos or żurek would also be nice! Or maybe fermented cucumbers or cucumber soup!

That looks great 😊 but looks more like Danish inspired food 😉

Try all the different Scandinavian foods, cos all the countries each have their different and unique dishes 😊

I look forward to seeing what you pick when you pick South Afrika, because there are so many different people there due to europeans greed and colonialism. Please definitely pick real local foods, not only european descended dishes. It's going to be tricky, as that country is complicated, but also so very beautiful.
    Happy eating! 🥳
