My boyfriend is from Sweden and although I love Swedish food, it's a bit bland compared to what I grew up eating in the American South. But by far my favorite Swedish recipe is Fläskpannakake. It's a traditional Swedish pancake that has bacon cooked into it with lingonberry jam in the center. It's great for a light breakfast.
I wish my town has that many restaurants from diffrent countries

The yogurt one is called koldskål translating to cold bowl its served cold and its so good but it's often served with crispy cookies floating in it
