Because you live in a beautiful area with visibility 30-60 ft down or more you won’t mind scuba diving at all ! In fact I am willing to beat you will be the last to come up because you won’t want to leave all the beautiful creatures that come out to see you !
It’s so important to have the right mask and fins ! Have fun

I wonder if you could have ground up the mixed nuts and fed them to your chickens. Good for you tossing out what you feel isn’t best for your body!

Rachel, you are going to love being under the water…it’s a whole different world under water!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Been so busy working (boo) but retiring in Feb (yay). I've had my Oculus for a year now and love Beat Saber. We recvd an update with more songs and there is one that I tried on easy and it kicked my butt, so fun. I made a lot of keto cookies to share and I was eating way too many, gained 5 lbs between Thanksgiving and New Year. My smallest pair of jeans were tight in the waste. Here's to a fantastic 2022, crushing goals and keeping it Keto!!!! Love you guys

That is so true – I find that I have to give myself 'permission' to throw my triggers away rather than eat them then fight to get it back off my hips… Nuts are a trigger for me as well, Rachel. I have to keep packages unopened! Otherwise I'll eat the whole thing.

Scuba diving is expensive. I snorkel because it is cheaper. Rachel you will like the scuba diving if you like to swim under water for as long as you can hold your breath. Some day for me.

We celebrate New Years and Christmas together tomorrow for my family. It is planned that I will partake of some of those superstitious NYD foods…gotta have my collard greens, black eyed peas, and hog jowl. Also serving Pork Butt, Keto styled snacks, I will not be having the cookies or pies that the others will have the option to choose. My treat will be a family favorite "hot water cornbread". Yes I am sure it may stall me, but I have been doing this long enough to know that I can jump back in and begin BBBE on Jan 2. Happy New Year to you two for helping give us tips, cheer us on, and offer much needed wisdom. Looking forward to seeing more of it in 2022.

I absolutely love your honesty and your ability to be vulnerable. Peanut butter !! Peanut butter is my keto grapes . On weight watchers it was so easy to overeat a pound of grapes at a time because they were "free " 0 points . I find its just as easy for me to over indulge on something because it's keto and "allowed " . I need to publicly divorce Peanut butter lol . Sorry Joe for the choice of word 😬 πŸ˜‰ love you guys . I'm on the BBEKC with you !

Oh Nuts! You’re not the only one’s who have a problem resisting nuts & cheese! I made lasagna for Christmas with zucchini noodles and it definitely made me want more cheese. Feeling a lot more normal knowing I’m not the only one! Thank you!

I know you've told us and had it in several vlogs but could you please do a stand alone video on making the protein sparing bread with the yolks, please. I looked for it on your website so I could make it but didn't see it. I believe I'd rather have the yolks too since that's where the nutrition is and am hoping to start carnivore as my new years resolution but need your recipe. Thanks for all you do to help us. We all love you both so much. Happy New Year to the whole family.

missed the premier….my son took Scuba diving lessons (a close friend of mine took him) and ended up taking his first 'official' dive off the Great Barrier Reef !!
I'm assuming the Keto Meat Layer Lasagna is not good for BBB&E since cheese……
