These look so sad. You can soak the tortillas in the stew and then cook it with some oil to make crunchy ASF. It adds extra flavor.

So the way my family eats it we dip the tacos in the stew.And if you want to you can ad a little bit of lemon into the stew

As someone that lives in Arizona, I've tried HELLA good Birria tacos, and let me tell you, you could definitely get better tacos than that
I recommend you go to El Cinco de Mayo, a very delicious Mexican spot and get birria tacos there. It's located in the Redondo Beach Pier. The quality is just a bit more authentic to actual birria.

My dad loveeees birria tacos. He's been on a mission to find the best Berria tacos in our general area but there aren't many places around that sell them. The best ones so far has been the ones my dad made on his own. Soooooo good.
