Dee – your recipes were the bomb!! Love the entire video … Can't wait to be home and try these recipes… I don't have an instant pot, so I will have to look at another way of making the collards….. You can definitely "drop the spoon" after this video Dee!! thanks for everything…. 🙂

Color me intrigued where did you get the individual clean simple protein? I looked on your Amazon and didn't see it. I like different flavors so I don't wanna buy a gallons of different kinds. I'm doing cal and macros cuz I found myself eating all zero pt foods and a ton of calories. You have such good ideas 💡

I thought tahini was needed for hummus, I’m intrigued. I’ve never seen the peas and greens cooked together. The roast looks fabulous. The cannoli oats sounds amazing. I’ve never done overnight oats because I didn’t think I’d like the cold, but I might try someday

Those collard green stocks can be saved with other veggie scraps and froze until get large batch of veggie scraps that can be place in stockpot with water to cover. Boil veggie scraps until very tender. Then strain and liquid mixture is vegetable broth. Some example of vegetable scraps- onion, carrot or any other vegetable peeling. Just keep one container in freezer and add to that same container.

I love adding pimentos to my hummus. I just keep jars of pimentos in refrigerator for this or pimento cheese or other dishes. I also have added dried onions to my hummus too. Those dried French onions you get in packets for salad toppers work great.

Also Dried Bacon Bits work great for Collard Greens too. Less Saturated fat. And can mix about 1 teaspoon of liquid smoke with 2 teaspoons of olive oil for flavoring and less saturated fat too. I also add fresh onion to my collard greens.

Hey, you could call your new broccoli hummus – St. Patty Hummus. Your greens & beans& pork roast look delicious. Thank you for sharing your creative ideas. Love from Ky. 🥬🥬👍

Great video Dee, as always. You didn’t mention how many points for the waffles. Can I find the recipe elsewhere to get that info? Thank you!

Hi Dee, Can you tell me what the points are for the waffle sandwich? What if I just make the waffles? Thanks 🥰 PS… What were the total points for the cannoli overnight oats? I have to learn yet how to put a recipe in the app to find out how many points it is??
