Exactly, Dee! Don’t want to spend all day in the kitchen. I’d rather go somewhere and do something with my family!
I also cook the turkey breast in the crockpot as it is so versatile!
I try to watch the calories and I pick up rotisserie chickens, some frozen chopped vegetables for soups etc, cook some hard boiled eggs and stock up my pantry with dried beans, pasta, and some meats in the freezer.
I am more like you on meal prep. I do some things ahead but I want family time on Sundays!

I never really prep dinners, usually I will do 4 days of bfast and then have a general plan for lunches.
I did go to in studio meeting yesterday..last time was July and b4 that was March 2020..yesterday I was 3 pounds down..I was surprised…so different now..use to have a book they wrote down your weight and your gain or loss..not liking that but what can you do

I work 4 days a week, so I make 2 sandwiches at a time, and put whatever I want to take with them.

we are suckers for the "success" boil-bag brown rice. each bag makes 2cups one for me one for husband. only thing I do for planning is pick out 5 or 6 dinners (some with leftovers) and just make sure I have the stuff to make them. kiddo would never let me prep lol

Good meeting Dee, I was up 2 lbs this week. Power was out for 4 days and I lived on sandwiches, go figure. Anyhow I have a nice big pot of chicken soup made and back on track today. Thanks for the meeting Dee. Enjooy New York.

Have a safe trip. The video was a little fuzzy – just not as sharp. I was at in studio meeting and what I do as far as prep, is to just make up chicken breast packages, and 1# turkey packages…. Other than that – I make sure I have a variety of frozen veggies and spices… Enjoy your trip to NY and drive safe!
