    I have to do 85% ground beef. The rest of the higher %’s are just God-awful and just not worth it. I drain too. I do the whipped butter. Too bad we can’t get that whipped peanut butter anymore 🎃. On a side note, at our meeting Saturday a Mbr had a good slogan, “Defend your weight loss”!

    So true about you gotta like the swaps. We love the 93% ground beef and I don't like ground turkey/chicken. I don't like FF cottage cheese so I use low fat or reduced fat cheese. Applesauce great in recipes. I have ripe bananas now and our kitchen is finally usable- almost done so I'm gonna make your banana mini loaf.

    i went to my meeting this morning too and one of the other members brought up your channel and so we talked about it a bit and how you help us out with swaps and recipes. 🙂 you might get some new members to your channel soon. i have been back on track since your video on the upcoming changes to the program and my upcoming 50 yr class reunion and i was tickled that i was down 3.6 from the last meeting i attended 2 wks ago. i just have to keep with it and stay focused. thanks for all you do for us and keeping this program real.

    Oh Dee!!!!!!!!!! I tried the Kodiak almond poppy seed. I only used 1/2 cup and mixed just with water to see how it would taste. Delicious, best tip I've had in years, thank you!

    The leaner cuts of meat/poultry are SO expensive these days. Can’t afford it. I do 90-93% & drain.

    Also, where did you get the info that coconut oil becomes solid in our bodies? All I can find is that it’s solid at room temp of 68 deg F. Our bodies are typically 98.6. Can you pls provide a source for this info? Pls & TY! ☺️

    I went back to in person meetings today and I was at my goal! I was already lifetime so now I’m back as lifetime 🤗 The meeting was so fun today no one in the meeting had all the ideas I had( most I got from you) Lol

    I only ever had plain unsweetened applesauce since kid…doesn't taste any different to me. I LOVE the truvia brown but hard to find at my store. I use truvia white the complete 75% less calorie (use in my coffee)….you'll like it its good. WW came out with reg peanut butter on their site has anyone tried it? Lastly got my hungry girl cook book🥰

    I’m trying to find the powdered butterscotch peanut butter and can’t I’ve searched cape may island foods ? Only there mixed paint butter comes up
