Have you ever tried the neti pot? My son had a lot of upper respiratory and sinus problems and used it at least 4 times a day.

Our WW is held at a Crowne Plaza hotel basement but can’t purchase product. Sometimes even issues with connecting to the internet when weighing in.
I cut back my oats to 1/3 as well. Still only .8 loss this week. I truly think the calories are an issue.
