Ok so yesterday I made a “sort of “ meal plan and did a list for shopping. I think I’m gonna like it. Takes a lot of work but I think I will buy less at the store. This looks amazing.

Everything looks so good. A little secret with the almond flour or coconut flour is to sift it. The hamburger casserole looks so good. I look forward to trying that. I have not seen the baking sugar before. Did you find it at the store or did you have to order it from their website?

It all looks so good! I have a question about the Monkfruit sweetener. Does it have an aftertaste? I am trying to find a sweetener I like. I have bought Swerve because so many people seem to use it. I'm not the biggest fan of it but I can use it. And I will use it because I bought it! lol! But I think I am going to try the monkfruit next.

Everything looks amazing!!! I ordered from nutstop and making 16 bean soup this week for lunches. I’m going to add more carrot and celery to reduce the beans per serving, but can’t wait to have it!
