I have been 100 percent on plan. I went to lunch with a friend and had a chicken wrap. Did Mexican that night out with my husband and got on the scale and put 4 pounds on. I was shocked. I have been drinking green tea and pouring in the water it has to be sodium I think.
I really like the morning. Evenings are 6:00 my time and in the summer we are back outside we have 20 acres here. So I love the mornings to see and hear you. I get on in the evenings when I can. Thanks for doing this.
