Hi Dee. I have not been on you tube for a while so I am just catching up. Your videos are superb. Awesome content – exactly what we need to hear. I quit WW but rejoined when they changed the plan. I also do the free version of Healthi. Not sure if I will stick with WW or not yet. Anyway Thankyou for all of the hard work that you put into your you tube videos. You are a wealth of pertinent i formation

Great video. Breaking changes down into small increments is definitely doable. I used to be an all-or-nothing gal, which got me nowhere. My way of eating is definitely a lifestyle and I am watching the scale move in the right direction for the first time in a very long time. Slow and steady with Purpose (my word for 2023).

Thank you for turning me onto the Healthi App. I joined and will probably be using that plan. WW is a little costly but I have lost 45 lbs since last June on WW. Those tips are great! I have added 5 extra minutes to my exercise plan and will increase as I see fit. Don’t want exercise to be a chore. I do want a lifestyle plan and not a diet. Thanks Dee!

Ok Dee – thanks I did need this……have been having a bed week….I think I will check out Healthi
    1. I want to change my overall health…..lost both hips hoping to keep both knees.
    2. I can either walk or ride my exercise bike 4 days a week. I can do my PT exercises 4 days a week.
    3. I can repeat this until it becomes a long term habit.

Thank you Dee! ❤🌷 For me diet is what I’m eating, everything which nourishes my body. If I want to lose weight, tracking points/calories is a must. After a while it becomes a lifestyle. It’s a lifelong commitment. I keep a slight caloric deficit 80% of the time and the rest I eat in maitenance, or a bit over. This year I want to continue to workout two days in a week and track my food.

I absolutely love your videos. I struggle every day with losing weight. I've always said I need to change lifestyle and not be on a diet. I loved your bonus vlog this morning. A lot of good points. Thank you very much for all you do.

This is the one thing that drives me crazy is when I see people saying well I have an anniversary dinner what can I eat… I have my childs wedding what can I do…can I have a piece of cake? drives me nuts have the cake, have the anniversary dinner because you know what you may not have another anniversary you may not see another child get married you gotta live your lives … do it smart but you gotta live your lives……
And Dees right unless you plan to eat things like cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles for the rest of your life it wont-work eating them now to lose weight you have to modify what you eat… cut down your carbs a little bit, cut down your sugar, go towards more fresh food instead of all the processed foods, move more ,drink more water……
The saddest part is we all know what we have to do and we're all feeding into this multi billion dollar diet industry who quite honestly wants you to fail because that's how they make money it's sad but it's true.
I mean I know of what I speak how many times have I joined weight watchers and quit 4 or 5 and it's probably like the rest of you… so rely on your friends for support do what we need to do to get off this weight watcher Merry go round…..
    Sorry for the rant….😉😆
