    About year 4 of keto and my skin got very dry too. Working with doctors but they haven’t been able to help yet. If anyone has found something that helps let me know. Moisturizing many times a day doesn’t help.

    Been keto/Carno for a full year. Definitely a journey, fell off multiple times, got a CGM and that changed everything. I highly recommend for everyone. Had to stop all 'keto' labeled stuff. Then moved onto Carno. Now fully Lion diet….just ribeyes, duck fat/tallow and water. Finally loosing weight. Some of us just need to go all in Lion Diet. Insulin level was 19 when I started which prevented me from loosing wt until it came down to normal level. Last check it was 9…..new labs in 2 weeks. I don't weigh myself ever….it's not about the wt loss. It's about my health. Yes, was loosing inches not wt…..loosing inches is about healing, decreased inflammation, and visceral fat loss. I love Lion Diet because it's delicious and so so so simple, two things on the grocery list.

    The keto groups on facebook drive me crazy when I see recipes posted that say zero carb _____. If it is vegetable it has carbs. Most cheeses have carbs. So many people forget the carb count listed is per serving. If there are a lot of servings multiply. Lemon juice, cream cheese, yogurt, many pork rinds have dextrose, which is sugar, even if they look plain, all have carbs. Spices have carbs.
