    I'm interested to hear you summarize what the main changes were that helped you break your plateau. I've been doing starch solution for about 3 years. After hitting an EIGHT month plateau I got so discouraged I started eating junky vegan and gain some back. Even when I was super strict, simple and 50/50 plate– weight loss was so dang slow. It took me 1.5 years to lose 20 pounds and THEN the 8 month plateau. I REALLY want this to work for me. I have 45 pounds to lose.

    I find it fascinating when people can eat 1 sweet potato and feel satisfied, I find I could eat 3/4 its discouraging!😪

    I’ve hitched my wagon to your journey Liz 🤭🫣. I’m eating more vegetables and a little less starch. I’m also trying to use less sauces.
    Has your Coach given you a steps target for each day?
