    Great video. Congrats on the new pants size Emily. I'm a type 2 diabetic and after 30 days of Carnivore I was able to get off all but one of my diabetic meds. I figure in 30 more days I will be off the last one completely. This diet is healing my body. Those that won't try it are stuck in a rut and scared to change or miss out on what they think is delicious.

    And another thing you could say is you know what they told us for 60 years not to eat salt not to eat meat not to eat fat. What did it do us? It made us fatter and sicker. Obesity rates and disease have gone nothing but up it never did any good

    I have I was you I would get some talking points. Watch Dr. Berry watch Dr. Berg specifically on the cholesterol. And learn it it’s like Dr. chaffee says I know it so well that I feel confident in talking about the studies and such. I can’t remember how I put it but it was very good. Just get your talking points down of subjects that you know that are going to be thrown back at you. You can tell them that actually people that had lower cholesterol have more heart attacks then people with higher cholesterol that’s what Dr. chaffee says. And if they watched what they eat they wouldn’t be diabetic. And I guess another thing you can say as well when you quit the carbs and lose the weight it actually helps your diabetes. I know you know what to say it’s just difficult I get it.

    I feel you about the pictures but let me tell you I used to be embarrassed but now I’m quite proud. I was 209 pounds and an 18 didn’t fit. I got down to around 169 and a size 12. But then I started gaining weight last year and part of this year. Now I’m in a 14 but I’m on my way down again. You should be proud of how far you’ve come it is inspiring

    There was a guy I used to watch about six years ago his name was Bob. And his thing was butter makes your pants fall off. He was so awesome and he was always putting out good videos. Sadly his grandson was killed at four years old and it devastated him so bad he never came back. Anyway he swore by just frying up a bunch of chicken that’s all he did was just fry it in oil and season it was salt or whatever and that’s what he ate on

    Emily, yeah I feel ya on the photo tip… but as painful as it seems they become a VERY useful and motivating tool later!!!     Be bold with any photos! I especially love it when updated photos are taken wearing the same clothes as in the first photo. Then you can really see a difference. And any cute photos taken along the way are great too.

    Great video as always guys! We understand where Emily is coming from about the pictures. When you're fat you don't really want to see yourself in pictures, much less letting everyone else see them. But in the name of science, lol, or inspiring someone else, it's not a bad thing. Glad you mentioned Noah.
