    I am struggling! I think because I am alone so much of the time. I don’t get out much and I stay home. Being bored or feeling low though I think it’s because of my weight. You are an inspiration! Thinking of the macros which I know nothing about. I always did and do points. Change scares me. But I am thinking about it. I want to be in the 160’s by Jan 7 because I will be 60! Is that doable? Man I want it bad! So looking for help. Thanks for your videos! Hugs from TX

My to-do list is always overflowing, thanks for reminding me that it is OK not to be too hard on myself if every single thing doesn't get done, I'll just add to the next day's overflowing list!     I’m a naturally healthy eater and an active person but after menopause I felt the need to decrease some the amounts of certain foods while increasing the amounts of others. I found ww to provide a flexible guideline and support. I didn’t need to lose much weight and was able to hit a healthy goal weight without feeling deprived. I appreciate YouTube videos and Instagrams such as yours, Jenn, because they are informative, inspirational, and fun. And I do want to remind folks to consider their health and happiness sooner rather than later. I fortunately already had healthy habits and just felt the need to do some tweaks as I became more chronologically advanced. 😊Best of luck to you and all who wisely follow your experiences!
