I just have to share something really weird that happened regarding the “Make you Feel My Love” song. I watch your videos religiously and when you talked about this song I thought… hmmm… you don’t really talk about music and thought it was interesting that you were sharing. And I didn’t really recognize the song title and so I just left it at that.
Then tonight I am driving my daughter to her volleyball practice and she was showing me the videos of the start of her choreography for her dance classes she’s taking and low and behold, the song her teacher chose for their Lyrical number is “Make you Feel my Love” by Adele. I just thought wow I’m just really meant to hear this song. So thank you for sharing; it was a weird moment of universes colliding ❤️

I love To Make You Feel My Love 💕 I’m a Long Island girl so my favorite version is the Billy Joel version but I’ve never heard one I didn’t like. The recipe book idea is amazing I may borrow this idea and work on it with my sister in law.

I love your recipe book. I have recipes from older family members and friends. A few years ago, I started a recipe binder for both my daughter and son. I didn't put photos with the recipes though, what a great idea. But so fun…. when my son moved out, into an apartment of his own… that was one of the first things he asked to take with…. "Mom, I need my recipe binder" my heart was so touched. During the years, as we made different recipes, if it was something they really liked, they would ask to have this particular recipe added to their book! So I'd print it up, and add it. I use the plastic sleeves too. I print the recipes out in a little larger print (14 or 16) so it makes it easier to read as you are making it.

I love that idea of doing a family cookbook and add pictures if it was a Grandma recipe etc. that you have that picture and her recipe and what a lovely memory for love ones to keep.

I'm a terrible procrastinator so sometimes I remind myself to do something my future self will thank me for. Lol. I heard that from one of my favorite youtubers. LOVE our French door fridge! The supply chain issues made it difficult to get the one we actually wanted but since ours was broken we didn’t have too many options to wait. Last year we got a large standing freezer for the garage and it’s been amazing!
