That Pina Colada cake came out so beautifully! My kiddos even love those sausage balls. I do turkey sausage as we don't do pig products, and comes out so tasty! Great, quick, easy recipes…thanks for another great video!

Thanks for making this Pina Colada cake. Now I know what to do with a portion of the gigantic bag I just received from Keto Chow. For some reason they didn’t send any recipe cards!

I made egg/cloud bread and bacon as a meal prep this week. It is hot and humid here in Ohio so I am not cooking much. I am using the bread for sandwiches. Tuna and egg salad, cold cuts and grilled hamburgers. Thank God for the air fryer, made my veggies in it. I really want to try that cake, maybe when it cools off in September…

I meal prep everything Pizza I take a round pan that you can get at dollar tree or Walmart and I add a little Raos marinara on bottom then I add my season hamburger, mixture of peppers and onion, bacon and mozzarella and pepperoni, once I have cooked everything I layer and then bake in oven till the cheese has melted. It's so good and easy to heat up.

I meal prepped some turkey sausage patties with cloud bread, breakfast casserole and I've recently discovered "rediculous Brownies" that I've eaten nearly every day.

I've been lazy this week. I've been eating sandwiches. I bought sliced hot cheeses from Aldi and some of the lunch meat that Chris likes in chicken and smoked ham! I've been wanting peanut butter so I've used mayonnaise and/or pb on the bread to make the sandwiches. There are just times when my body craves peanut butter. Thank you for the video Kristi!

That fudge looked delicious! I meal prepped Bbq pork ribs, shredded chicken for various things and turkey bacon cream cheese roll ups. No sweets yet. I have no control over my servings with sweets. 😁

Great recipes. I made a beef and zucchini casserole which was supposed to be Mexican flavored ( Rotel, cumin, red pepper flakes ) but I did mine more Italian. I did diced tomatoes, oregano, Tyne, mushrooms, peppers and Italian seasoning. Very good.
