You should check out Indigo Nili on here as well! She does sooo many things using Maria’s recipe as the base. I made a keto dupe to Italian herb and cheese bread from subway using her butter buns recipe 🤤🤤🤤

The bread looks great but VERY expensive to make one loaf with the egg white protein being $15 for 8 ounces (one cup) on Amazon and recipe calling for ounces (1 1/2 cup). Can't afford that on my budget.

LOVE THIS BREAD. I just made a double batch with a variety of options… small buns topped with everything but the bagel, pizza crust (SERIOUSLY AWESOME), cinnamon bread, and plain bread. I have made pizza pocket/hot pockets, french toast, danishes. And it is so low carb and calorie that it has helped me stay on plan and eat when hungry but out of macros. So good.

I did a series on my channel with that Southern Keto cookbook. Her recipes are fantastic. My go-to once a week is the Keto Biscuits and Sausage Gravy. YUM! I definitely want to try that bread recipe. Thanks for sharing these

I have two sons, they teased me about my weight. They said I should try to get back to the weight that I was living in Asia.

Since I never had any health issues due to my weight, I never saw a real problem with it. But when I compared those pictures with what I saw in the mirror, I noticed a huge difference.

Without thinking things through, I bet my children that I would lose 22 pounds (or 10 kilos) in three months. I wasn’t sure how to pull this off, but I thought exercise would be the way to go.

So, I started to look for YouTube videos to watch while I did my workouts.

Before long, I came across expert presentations about the ketogenic diet and thought that I would give it a try. Now, I feel great, and when I went for a medical checkup, all of my values were fantastic. My fatty liver disease was gone.

I like making cinnamon bread with it. Put 1/2 the bread, then my mixture of cinnamon and swerve brown sugar or the golden rest of the bread and then top it with more cinnamon sugar and bake the same

I have tried the egg protein bread recipe a few times and I don't know what I am doing wrong as the taste and texture always ends up as though it's a green-yellow dishwasher sponge. Even when using the SAME brands of products others have uses.
Love Southern Keto cookbook! Making the ground beef stroganoff from it tonight actually.
Would love to see a video of you showing your fav cookbooks 🙂

I have been following the ketogenic woman and JanetGreta who have been experimenting with this bread. The final time JanetGreta critiqued hers turned out to be the best…. where she added the 2 egg yokes. I bake it a couple times a week now.
I LOVE IT!!! The ketogenic woman has mastered it as well

i love the cornbread but i am the only person in the house that eats it and I can never finish it 🙁 I have tried Indigo Nili's adaptation of Maria Emmerich's bread once. I will try it again and make some experimental dishes.

I keep trying different egg white bread recipes. They are all pretty dry, but as long a I put something on the slice of bread or use it in a recipe it is good. Always enjoy your ideas.

Janet gretas recipe is the best imo, I literally have made everyone's version!
Wendy's recipe using the water and powder is the best for non liquid egg white recipes!
FYI- add in the yolk at the end if you're not following psmf!

FYI Maria Emmerich has tons of stuff she makes with that PSMF bread batter (pizza crust, buns, french toast, some desserts etc). Also thank you for making this food prep primarily meal food rather than snacks/treats. I am interested in your donut recipe though once you tweek it to perfection.

Kristi I just made the PSMF bread with beef Keto Chow. Sometimes I use the KC chicken soup in it. I like it. Keto Chow adds protein and a good flavor. Also, I love the southern keto cookbook. Now I was cornbread! 😁

I made Keisha Berry’s cornbread last week and it was delicious even without the flavoring. I plan on getting some of the flavoring soon to add to it because my husband absolutely loved it and I know he will be asking for it bunches!! Do you like that flavoring? How much do you add?
