There's a betting legend in the US. You can't eat a quail(small game bird) every day for 30 days. Lot's of money been lost on people trying.
That is till a famous billiard player and professional gambler from west Texas named Amarillo Slim made.a bet,. he knew a young.hispanic man that could do it. He Cheated.!!
He used a set of identical twins, put them in a hotel told them not to come out of the room together. A different twin ate a quail each.day. He won the bet,but never told anyone how until he wrote his autobiography Amarillo Slim,. In a world full of fat people

Had gained a little from trying some keto treats and snacks over the past few weeks, so I'm back on beef for August. Funny how you talked about prioritizing protein and eating your portion of meat first being helpful for satiety, but next week is no meat. I know you mentioned eggs and dairy, but where else will you get protein next week?

I could absolutely eat chicken all day, every day. I actually spent 16 of my 42 years of life eating poultry and fish as the only meats. Long story. In my mid twenties I picked up various meats again and have loved exploring the expanse of options.

My week was good! I'm actually loving the bump in carbs I gave myself, and focusing on calories in, calories out. This actually made a difference with weightlifting in the gym. I love to see that you and your family are well, and that you had access to the vaccine.

I love all of the experimental "dieting" trials that you go through. I always learn something new that I can incorporate into my own diet. Thanks for never being too chicken to help out your flock!

Am told production chicken breasts are full of hormones to make 'em bigger. The beasts that is. In the 70's poorer kids, all boys, in Texas and New Mexico were developing large breast tissue because of the added hormones…..
That being said, how's your boobies developingng Sahil? Grow a cupsize after a week? Show us!!!
