The Sea Island Shrimp Salad looked delicious! I'd love to try it. The burger sliders was very inviting, with adding the Bacon Jam. This combination was a great luncheon idea!

Love all your cooking, but when it comes to shrimp I cannot eat under cooked shrimp. South Louisiana here, and we eat lots of shrimp, but we cook it 2-3 min. after boiling. Other than that, your dish looks delicious!
This dish look fantastic!! I was wondering if you could have made soup out of that stock when the shrimp came out? Our son lives in Maryland (aka Old Bay land!) Yum!
