Don't be concerned about how much you all like or dislike the recipes. I love that everyone tries them. That is the important part, I think.
It is hard with trying new recipes because you need to actually eat it to see what it needs to improve it for your own tastes. All good recipes that can be adjusted to suit!

I did see ur Sudbury video. Loved it. I am so impressed with all the vegan options and restaurants in Canada. A lot of the vegan you tube bloggers are Canadian too. No, I'm a Floridian. We sold the cottage/business in 2021 to move here.
