I have some silicone popsicle molds and plastic popsicle sticks that I use to make yogurt pops for my kids. I've made the whipping cream / SF pudding "fluff" many times but I have not frozen it yet… mmm

My favorite go to when needing a sweet treat. Is cocoa powder with two packs allulose. Just a smidge of hot water to get the mixture mixed. Then I use heavy whipping cream. Just a delicious cup of hot cocoa yum! So tasty

Yes, there is a difference between cacao & cocoa in every way except that, in this case, they're powdered and they're both chocolate.
Yea, those are pudding pops, but like you said, as long as they taste good.

That’s almost my keto chow fudge recipe. It’s 8 ounces of sugar-free melting chips a half a cup of heavy whipping cream and one packet of keto chow. It makes a wonderful fudge. I keep it in the fridge it helps keep it more solid I have made four or five different kinds now. I will have to try this one for sure

Lily’s Raspberry & White Chocolate Chips are my new JAM!!! 🍓🫐Pun totally intended! 😂🤣😜I just got two bags from Walmart and they are my new favorite thing. This might be an alternative to a raspberry swirl in the cookies! ❎🅾️ Simply Susan

Of course she insists you can't replace the protein powder, because she's the one selling it. The recipe also sucks because of their protein powder, which is pea protein. Now whilst pea protein can be a great protein to use, it's not great for baking, and certainly not like that, because of its drying ability. It gives a funky mouth feel, and the only people who are going to say that recipes using it are great, are those on a plant based diet. It's literally like using sawdust in your recipes. I've tried various plant based protein bars that use it, and whilst they can taste ok, the mouth feel is always off, and actually I say they taste ok, but I've yet to find one I really like so I'll buy it again.
