Why is it that every time I fry something, chicken, fries, whatever, they are always soggy? I've tried using your technique for double frying French fries, soggy. Chicken bites? Soggy and hold on to too much oil. I use a Cuisinart Deep Fryer.
I substituted oranges in place of lemons and it was pretty damn good as well.
