    I'm not oil free…
    Instead of "mayo" based dressing I make this with chic peas( sauté with seasoning of choice)
    Add red onion, Cucumber,sweet cherry tomatoes, sprinkled with nutritional yeast, home made Italian or Greek dressing. I add spiral pasta to this mix and eat it cold. EVERYDAY!!! 😅😍 sometimes walnuts and dried cranberries jump in the mix too.🤩
    I am going to try the mayo way… but I agree with your husband .. no celery!😛

    In my chickpea salad I like to add grated pickles, grated carrot, green onion tops, pickled jalapeno juice and finely diced cucumber. I have found if I put my chickpeas in a pan and warm them up I can match them very easily with a potato masher and then I start adding in all of the other things
