There is always a plateau during your weight loss journey. You will push through. It may be after the holidays but you have focus.
I love that Christmas block sign. It is perfect! Leslie it is hard when you don’t lose for a week but that is when our bodies are catching up to the loss. At least that’s what my doctor said lol. Celebrate how far you have come. I think you are doing a fantastic job and you inspired me to make better choices over Thanksgiving.
Leslie, everyone plateaus during their weight loss. Your body needs to adjust to it's new normal. We are emotional eaters and when you add extra stress like your concerns about your daughter's health, trying to complete her house for Christmas, etc. it doesn't help. My parents said one of the biggest mistakes they ever made in their marriage was when they built their new home, they pushed to be in by Christmas. It actually made it the worst Christmas they ever had. How about simply setting a new goal to get them in their new home for New Years? How important is it to Christmas and its true meaning is it that they be in by Christmas?

I noticed tonight that Bryant’s ears are red. My grandsons ears get red when he’s tired. I’d say Bryant is really tired tonight. I LOVE your blocks of wood. Please ask Jason & Heather if they’d make me a set of blocks just like that and I will pay their asking price, plus shipping cost to Tennessee. I’ll even wait til AFTER Christmas when we all are not as busy. We love you all!
Leslie, I could be wrong, but I think that those shiny iridescent spots in the granite counter tops are Mica, The work on the house is really coming along and looking great.

Michigan weather in the thumb area is 32°, snow later with high winds…got to love it (not me at all)! Give me warm weather any day…The chicken and dumplings look delicious and so easy..my mouth is watering for sure..haven't had it in ages. Happy Vlogmas and looking forward to your next vlog❣☃️

Eat those chicken and dumplings tonight then go back to your regular routine and see if that kick starts your weight loss! You have to trick your metabolism!
I plateaued and stayed at the same weight for weeks! Decided to , eat a meal that I would not normally eat while dieting and ate a bad meal, then went right back on my diet and I started my weight loss up again! I have loss 36 pounds! It worked for me anyway!
