    It's cah-pray-zay for caprese lol
A "Caprice" is an old school car! The walk was so wonderful. Do any of the Dollar Tree employees comment on your weight loss? You probably look like a different person.

Fella is so sweet. He don't wanna stay on the asphalt… things smell more interesting Mama in the DIRT! Tiffany… you should find yourself a really good quality balsamic vinegar… and make your own glaze. Then you can also just use the vinegar in a dressing without it being a glaze. Also, the commercial glazes are usually just full of sugar or corn syrup and Lord knows what else. When you make your own dressings, you'll be amazed at how balsamic vinegar works with the olive oil and seasonings. NOTHING can compare. To make your own glaze… just put twice the amount of vinegar that you will need in the end result in a small pan over LOW heat. Let it reduce by half… it gets thick and syrupy… some people add honey or agave to make it sweeter without taking away from the syrupy consistency (just don't walk away and let it scorch or burn… big bummer). I have a go-to guy that imports all sorts of olive oils, all sorts of vinegars… and the balsamic one I use I purchase from him. See if you have a source near you for good quality oils and vinegars (I'm talking imports… they aren't really expensive). You won't be disappointed. TRY making your own glaze. I promise you'll make excuses to use it on absolutely everything… even fresh strawberries, with a sprinkle of fresh black pepper (I'm being totally serious right now!). Your dinner ROCKS… and now… I'm hungry!
