I think your presentation was spectacular, but what made it even greater is your gentle and sweet voice. I would love one day to come to London just to meet you and taste this delicious 'Pho Ga.' Jesus Christ Loves you very much! Believe in Him and live forever! You are beautiful in HIs eyes.

I have tried this recipe 3 times with different chickens, sauces, herbs, etc. it just tastes like water! Everything is so bland…..and I live in Asia using herbs and spices from an Asian market! It might be that I just don’t like pho though and crave a more flavorful dish like a Malaysian spicy chicken soup.. I like Thuey though she’s lovely but a very time- consuming dish that if it’s only you…..

Lucky I found this video! I'm a decent cook and I've made complicated dishes such as traditional coq au vin etc. But I've been intimidated by the Pho dishes. You made it look so easy that I had to try it today. It came out delicious! Thank you for sharing.

I am sorry but pho with fried shallots? No thanks. Please if you call it traditional, then don't add the non-traditional ingredients and call it traditional. Fried shallots kill the taste, both Northern or Southern style of Pho has zero fried shallots. Please eat again in Vietnam if you really want to use the word TRADITIONAL.

Wonderful video and extremely pleasant voice, you are an attractive and interesting presenter. I love the way you cut the green onions and dress up the soup. Excellent job, thanks
