    We are on the same page. I just cooked whole organic barley in my Instant Pot Sunday. It's my favorite grain. I froze three jars of it. I had to laugh because I didn't know about the cover catching the zest either! Also, I had heard to wait 40 minutes after you cut broccoli up for more benefits but I hadn't heard about cauliflower so good to know. Makes sense since they are related. Lots of great info in this video. Thanks!
