A super easy and quick pumpkin recipe is use one box cake mix, I've used vanilla or spice cake and use ONLY the box mix no eggs, water or oil, then put one regular size can of pumpkin, not the big can and then you can add chocolate chips or even nuts and you can make cookies or muffins with the mixture lol Bake at 350 for about 20 mins for the muffins, 8-10 for cookies depending on the size, sooooo easy and yummy!!!
