Hey Bumbi Aloo Gobi is one of the most easy recipe to make given a short notice . It’s a life saver when you need to pack a Tiffin for lunch. I make it just like you do but without the coriander stems and tomatoes. I must say that this sabzi looks much better. Will surely try your style and give you a feedback. Thanks 🌸
