    So if you try this again 1. Marinade the meat next time doesn’t have to be any thing special use a beef broth if desired 2. Never cook those that high like ever beef roasts do best at low temps over longer periods of time set the temp at the lowest possible setting and run it for an hour

    Your results will be entirely different and overall better

    Yep and me, I'm such a misour, that I would even pour boiling water on the pan to save even more broth. I keep a jar in fridge for beef, and chicken fats. Love ya

    I thought the Air Fryer was supposed to cook your meat more tender & faster than other ways of cooking. I have been cooking a roast in the slow cooker for years and it never turns out super tender and tastes great. What am I doing wrong? Do a video on that, please.
