    Please don't eat uncooked dhal in large quantities. The amount of butter and the removal fiber by straining it makes the soup tasty but not healthy. Also the salad is not high protein. To claim high protein the protein to calorie ratio should be 8 to 10%. This yellow moong dhal is not a high protein source. VB continues to misinform and confuse users on protein and healthy foods. Please bring a doctor or nutritionist to the show. Also, about his comments about people complaining and scolding, where is this happening? Not one negative comment is visible in the YT comment section.
