    Oh, I love the food Mr Yeung makes but at 70, and health, I admit I just want him to come to my home to do that. Well got laughing with a friend as we discussed on the phone…it all got creative in how to get Mr Yeung to my house in the midwest…Oh heavens, I will probably have to make these meals on my own…but it will Not taste as good.

    It just gives me the biggest anxiety the way he fakes that deep voice, it's so uncomfortable. Like dude! We all know that's not your natural voice, just relax. I really want to make this pad thai but it gives me nodes on my back to hear how he makes this voice.

    I love Yeung Man Cooking’s channel, especially as a plant-based eater, and lover of Asian cuisine. I’ve made this recipe a couple times, and while it’s good, the sauce seems…a bit off. Maybe it’s because I’m used to the Pad Thai from restaurants, which tends to be a lot heavier. I wonder if there is a recipe tweak I can make to the sauce to make it less…light? Otherwise, I may look for a bottled Pad Thai sauce to add to this recipe.
