Do you consider seafood as meat?..cant have gumbo without seafood…i dont like the sausage and chicken as much..
I grew up in Louisiana, so…seafood is a staple..lol

That W sauce there are vegan ones at whole foods and sprouts. I found out the hard way that it was not vegan. I'm vegan and gluten free and I am loving this video so far.
