On chilly spring nights warm yourself up with Rebecca Firkser’s vegetarian French onion soup made with deeply browned onions.
Words of appreciation to #drbanlogun who cured my herpes completely with his natural herbs.
seemed like a LOT of vegan Worcestershire sauce for just 1/2 tbsp
i appreciate that there's not stock in this. last time i made soup and i felt like the onion flavor just got overpowered by the stock 🙁
Smell of carmelized onions is amazing 🙂
I've never prepared the vegi version of French onion soup.
1:09 So it's not vegetarian then. Worcestershire sauce has anchovies in it.
This is like giving me another life, thanks sir for your great work #drbanlogun, life is all about give and take stay alive.Legit and trust on YouTube channel and Instagram
I love this channel. But I hate this form of video. No audio, two minutes. Just boring. And honestly the music is bleh, something I rarely think about for videos like this but it just didn’t work. You have so many talented folks on this channel that could have made this video better.
What sized Tablespoon measures are you folks using over there? Wowza! The biggest half tbsp I’ve ever seen
This is such a strange recipe – it’s literally onion broth with nothing to deepen it. Classic French Onion soup is basically exactly this but with delicious rich beef stock instead of plain water. I really expected this recipe to use some sort of veg/vegan stock, like Kenji’s amazing vegan stock w/ konbu, mushrooms, etc. I feel like this would be pretty shallow by comparison, which is unfortunate. The world needs a great vegetarian French onion soup recipe!
Onions onions everywhere!! It's nice & healthy to go meatless for at least one day out of the week. I think I woulda added some mushrooms to this.
I want to be accepting of the asparagus, but i just can't.

1:04 that looks like 1/2 cup of Worcestershire, not 1/2 tablespoon.
