    Im curious about oil free. Ive lost n gained 100 two times and other chunks of weight but it always goes back on. It seems as we lose weight our body is using its own body fat so its not so hard to stay oil free. Once thin though over time seems cravings for higher fat foods starts in. Is it harder for you now to stay on vegan no added fats?
